Stargas / Gas & Go Loyalty Programme — Terms & Conditions
The Stargas / Gas & Go Loyalty Programme rewards customers for purchasing coffee at participating Gas & Go drive-thru locations.
Customers who purchase 30 coffees will qualify for a R300 voucher, redeemable on gas or Stargas eCommerce products.
- •The programme is open to all customers aged 18 years and older.
- •Participation is only valid at participating Gas & Go locations.
- •Customers must register via the approved digital platform (QR code / mobile system) to track purchases.
- •Customers will earn one (1) loyalty credit per coffee purchased.
- •Once 30 credits have been accumulated, a R300 voucher will be issued.
- •Only completed and paid transactions qualify.
- •Lost, cancelled, or refunded transactions will not count toward the reward.
The voucher is valued at R300.
The voucher:
- •Is not transferable.
- •Is not redeemable for cash.
- •Cannot be exchanged or resold.
Each voucher has a unique voucher code:
- •The code may only be used once.
- •Duplicate or reused codes will be declined.
The full R300 must be used in a single transaction:
- •No partial redemptions.
- •No remaining balances will be carried over.
The voucher can be redeemed:
- •On gas purchases (refills or exchanges), or
- •On Stargas eCommerce products.
Redemption conditions:
- •Valid only through approved Stargas channels (in-store or online).
- •Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless stated otherwise.
- •If the purchase value exceeds R300, the customer must pay the difference.
- •Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
- •Expired vouchers will not be reinstated or extended.
Stargas reserves the right to:
- •Cancel vouchers suspected of fraud, duplication, or misuse.
- •Disqualify participants abusing the programme (including bulk purchasing for resale or system manipulation).
- •Withhold rewards where suspicious activity is detected.
- •Loyalty credits are non-transferable.
- •Credits cannot be combined across multiple accounts.
- •Only one account per customer is permitted.
- •Stargas is not responsible for lost or untracked credits due to system errors or failure to scan/register purchases.
- •Stargas is not responsible for incorrect customer details provided at registration.
Stargas reserves the right to:
- •Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- •Modify reward structures, thresholds, or benefits.
- •Suspend or terminate the programme without prior notice.
- •This programme is intended for individual consumer use only.
- •Stargas reserves the right to limit or revoke participation if usage is deemed excessive or commercial in nature.
Privacy Policy — POPIA Compliance
By participating in the loyalty programme, customers consent to the collection of personal information including, but not limited to:
- •Name and surname
- •Contact details (phone number, email address)
- •Purchase history and loyalty activity
Personal information will be used for:
- •Tracking loyalty rewards and issuing vouchers.
- •Customer communication related to the programme.
- •Marketing purposes (only where consent has been given).
- •Improving Stargas products, services, and customer experience.
- •Stargas is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
- •Reasonable technical and organisational measures will be implemented to safeguard data.
- •Information will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
Customers have the right to:
- •Access their personal information
- •Request correction or deletion of their data
- •Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
Requests can be made via official Stargas communication channels.
- •Personal information will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law.
- •Participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- •All decisions made by Stargas regarding this programme are final.
