The 1216 – 3/8″ Male Elbow is a precision-engineered PEX gas fitting designed for professional LPG gas installations where a 90-degree directional change and a male threaded connection are required. This fitting is commonly used by qualified gas installers for connecting PEX gas piping to valves, regulators, isolation points, and gas appliances with a 3/8″ female inlet.
Manufactured for strength and long-term durability, this male elbow fitting allows installers to route gas pipework efficiently in confined spaces while maintaining safe and consistent gas flow. The elbow design is ideal for wall exits, cabinet installations, and appliance connections where straight fittings are not practical.
PEX gas fittings are widely preferred due to their resistance to corrosion, vibration, and scale build-up. The 1216 – 3/8″ Male Elbow supports these benefits by offering excellent pressure handling and temperature resistance, making it suitable for demanding LPG environments.
When installed using the correct PEX system and tools, this fitting provides a secure, leak-free seal that meets professional safety and compliance standards. Its compact form makes it easy to install behind appliances, inside cupboards, or within wall cavities without placing strain on pipework.
This fitting is suitable for:
– LPG gas stove and hob installations
– Gas geyser and water heater connections
– Gas fireplaces and heaters
– Residential and commercial gas reticulation
– Professional installer toolkits and spare parts
