Pex Female Demount press fitting made to fit PEX – AL – PEX (Polyethylene -Aluminium – polyethylene Structure) pipe. Is used to connect your pipe to an appliance that is fixed.(Geysers, hobs, ect) The Demount allows for tightening without twisting the PEX – AL – PEX (Polyethylene -Aluminium – polyethylene Structure) pipe. Pex Female Demount all fittings come with a rubber Petroleum grade O-rings between the grip ridges for sealing. A yellow plastic collar to ensure flush fit and protection against crimp tool damaging body of fitting. The sleeves are made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and ensure a proper crimp. Stargas professionals can install your fittings safely at your convivence if you are unsure as to how the fitting needs to be installed or if you do not have the correct tool for the job. NOTE- Do not over tighten the fitting as the thread strips easily.
